We have evolved into much more than a boxing club and are open to all members of the public. The gym is at the heart of the community and provides a friendly but hardworking environment to train and improve health and fitness. We offer a range of boxing for fitness classes that suit all fitness levels and ages.

 
 

Boxfit

All levels

Monday, Wednesday, Friday
9.30am - 10.30am

Saturday 

10.00am - 11.00am

Boxfit is a boxing for fitness workout designed by Professional Boxing Trainer Colin Bellshaw

At Saltire we have a variety of Boxfit routines so you will never get bored of the same workout.

We pride ourselves on our client retention and believe we offer the most qualified and effective boxing for fitness workout in the country.

A typical Boxfit session consists of

  • Warm up
  • Punch bag drills
  • Circuit exercises
  • Full abs 
  • Cool down/stretch

Hiit

All levels

Tuesday & Thursday
9.30am – 10.15am

High Intensity Interval Training Boxing And Circuit Class.

We pride ourselves on our client retention and believe we offer the most qualified and effective boxing for fitness workout in the country.

A typical HIIT Boxfit session consists of

  • Warm up
  • Punch bag Skill drills
  • Short fast burst of boxing with short rest intervals
  • Abs workout
